MD Anderson is working toward improving use, and lessing side effects of radiation treatment.

    Such ingratitude….I understand that Cancer is a deadly disease, but be lucky that you live now and now 100 years ago. Besides, Doctors can only work with what technology they have, and we should be grateful for that. Doctors are human too…not Gods that will magically cure you !

    I got cancer free three times in 14 years.
    BURN (radiation), CHOP (surgery), and
    POISON (chemotherapy) is still all you
    brilliant people have which is torture
    on the healthy part of patient,
    Maybe you aught to seek a more pleasant
    alternative to: BURN, CHOP and POISON. Huh?

    No, radiation does not hurt. You won’t feel anything during treatment. People usually complain about the pain associated with the side effects and there are ways to manage those. Hope that helps.
